Infusion Innovations is a home infusion pharmacy located in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is a company comprised of professionals who have come together combining over thirty years of home infusion and health care experience.

Qualified clinical pharmacists and licensed pharmacy technicians work in a state-of-the-art compounding room mixing drugs and solutions tailored specifically for each patient.

A registered dietitian, with nutrition support credentials, is on site to oversee the medical nutrition therapies.

Ongoing integrated quality management programs with selected home health care nursing agencies throughout the state ensure proper and complete case management for patient safety and compliance.
